Globus

Account Creation

Globus is a open website to manage and distribute several file systems. Globus allows us to give rights on a folder-basis to external and intern accounts.

Log in to globus

1. Go to Globus.

2. Click on Log In.

   

3. Sign in with existing organisation, Google, ORCID iD or Globus ID.

4. Provide the email you used to sign in the owner of the datasets.

Please provide your login name and account type (globus ID, google or ORCID) to matthias.deryck@kuleuven.be or arne.detemmerman@kuleuven.be. After that we can give this account acces to their respective dataset folder.

Side Menu

We use the side menu to navigate globus.

Access the folder

1. Go to File manager.

   

2. Search for the TETRA_MV4QC Collection.

   

3. Click on "upload".

   

4. Give consent to upload data.

5. Upload Files or a folder to Globus.

6. Notify the responsible person of the research group that new data has been added.
